To insure safety of our store all orders are subject to verification. Failure to provide the correct information may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.
If your order has already been shipped and a cancellation is made it’s customer responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
Backordered and Out of Stock Items
If TecDiveGear will be unable to ship order within standard handling time due to backordered or out of stock item(s) our sales representative will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. TecDiveGear will pay postage fees on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within the U.S. and Canada territory.
Policy of Special Ordered Items
Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer are final sale and non-refundable. Please be advised that may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for conditions of sale and expected delivery time.
28 DAYS - Return Policy
Good return policy is a clear return policy.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of invoice or (and) item delivery to return the merchandise for full refund, after that period of time you have another 14 calendar days to return UNUSED items in exchange for store credit. After 28 calendar days period returns are NOT accepted, no exceptions.
Refund will be given the same way that merchandise was paid for, although some exclusion may apply.
If any discount was applied to the purchased product Tec Dive Gear will adjust the refund amount to reflect given earlier discount.
Please carefully inspect the package when it arrives against damage made during shipping.If you're not fully satisfied with purchased products you can return it for a full refund (14 days from date of invoice or delivery date) less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted.
TecDiveGear offers ho hassle, no questions asked return as long as you haven't used it. When sending back the items don't forget to pack them to original packaging including all warranty cards, manuals, CD's, chargers, protective bags etc.
CD’s & DVD’s may not be returned due to copyright laws.
To return merchandise simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Form here: http://www.TecDiveGear.com, package the items securely and include the form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

It's a customer responsibility to pay return shipping and handling charges, but we will pay the replacement S&H fees in US & Canada territory. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements (complete, unused in original packaging).
If the above conditions are not met, TecDiveGear has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Warranty, Service & Repair Returns
NO shipments are accepted without RMA number obtained by mail: sales[at]tecdivegear.com and clearly written on the shipping box. It's a customer responsibility to pay shipping and handling charges to service facility, but we will pay the replacement S&H fees in US & Canada territory.
In most of the cases Service and Repair under the warranty is done within 14 working days from date item was received by service facility although there might be some exceptions subject to manufacturer terms and parts availability.
